Once upon a time in Provence.

Driving the successful transformation of a boutique luxury hotel, Floris Van de Werf and Ana Tucci led an integral project that elevated the property from 9 keys to 20 keys, achieving double-digit EBITDA growth. With a carefully managed investment of just over €2 million in capex, they transformed the hotel from an annual loss of €600,000 to generating more than €2.2 million in revenue with strong profitability.

The transformation included full general management and the creation of distinctive F&B concepts across three outlets: a Haute Bistronomie Méditerranée restaurant, a refined pool bar, and a sunset lounge overlooking the mountains and vineyards, featuring signature cocktails crafted with award-winning regional rosés.

 

Beyond operations, Floris and Ana built the brand and communications strategy that covered rebranding, business model evaluation, positioning, targeting, visual identity, brand personality, tone of voice, and a complete communications rollout. The project also encompassed a full interior design renovation and the integration of organizational culture as a cornerstone of the guest experience.

The results were exceptional: the hotel reached the highest occupancy rate in the region even during the pandemic years, while also achieving the lowest employee turnover in an area traditionally marked by high seasonality.
